Data Privacy Policy.

The University of Southern Philippines Foundation- MCLE places prime importance
on the privacy and security of personal data, following the Data Privacy Act of
2012 (DPA) and with full cooperation with the National Privacy Commission
(NPC).

In this Consent Form, the term “personal data”, often interchanged with
“information”, refers to all types of personal information used to distinctly identify
you. For the exact definitions, you may refer to the text stipulated in the Data
Privacy Act.

Processing of Personal Data.

A. Collection of Personal Data.
The University of Southern Philippines Foundation- MCLE will collect your personal
data attached to your registration which includes the participant’s full name, roll
number, IBP number(optional), mailing address, e-mail address, and mobile
number.

The University of Southern Philippines Foundation- MCLE will collect the data
presented in the participants’ IBP Identification Card or two primary
government-issued Identification Cards, in the case of non-availability of IBP
Identification Card.
The University of Southern Philippines Foundation- MCLE will collect the
participant’s proof of attendance via the video-conferencing application/software
in the form of their live audiovisual feed.
The University of Southern Philippines Foundation- MCLE will collect the information
acquired during the course of the participant’s stay and engagement in the
online seminar.

B. Use of Personal Data.
The University of Southern Philippines Foundation- MCLE shall store and secure the
data disclosed by the participants.
The University of Southern Philippines Foundation- MCLE shall only utilize the
disclosed data within the bounds of the online seminar’s scope and objectives.
The University of Southern Philippines Foundation- MCLE reserves the right to
record the video conference in the form of video and screenshots as proof of
attendance, and ensure faithful compliance with Bar Matter No. 850, and other
issuances relative to the conduct of MCLE.
The University of Southern Philippines Foundation- MCLE reserves the right to share
the disclosed information with the MCLE office, as may be required and
necessary.
By submitting this Data Privacy Consent Form, I understand that any information
I provide to the University of Southern Philippines Foundation- MCLE is protected,
and is collected through legitimate means, i.e. by authorised channels whether
manually or electronically.
By submitting this Data Privacy Consent Form, I authorize that this consent shall
be in effect throughout the duration of my engagement with the University of
Southern Philippines Foundation- MCLE.
By submitting this Data Privacy Consent Form, I have read, understood,
and consent to be bound by all the terms and conditions stipulated
above this document.
